Tourism brings a steady flow of people who try Tasmanian skincare, spirits, produce, woollens and art for the first time. Many of them want to buy again once they are back home, and the online store is where that happens.
Those buyers already like the product. What they need is a store that is easy to find, feels trustworthy and tells them plainly how long delivery to the mainland takes and what it costs.
We also plan for gifting, because a large share of these orders are for someone else. Gift messages, gift cards and bundles make it easier to share a Tasmanian find.
