Common questions
Who can refer a business?
Any existing Launch North website client. Your referral link and the referral form are in your client portal.
When does a referral count as successful?
When the business you referred becomes a new Launch North website client and its website build payment has been received. An enquiry, a quote or a conversation on its own does not count.
How are the free months applied?
Free months come off your monthly Hosting & Care plan. If you have more than one website with us, you choose which one receives them.
How does the $100 credit work for the new client?
It comes off their website build price automatically when they pay. It is used once and never takes the build below $0.
Will Launch North contact the person I refer?
Only if they expect it. When you refer someone directly, you confirm that they know you are referring them. We never send them automated emails on your behalf.
Basic terms
- The referred business must be new to Launch North and different from the referrer's own business.
- A referral is successful only once the new client's website build payment has been received.
- Referral links keep their attribution for 30 days on the device they were opened on.
- Free months apply to an active Hosting & Care plan and have no cash value.
- The 3 referral bonus is awarded once per client.
- Launch North may update or end the program. Rewards already earned are kept.
