How to use it
- Find your Place ID with Google's Place ID finder, or copy the review link from your Google Business Profile.
- Choose the matching tab, paste it in and add your business name if you want it on the download.
- Copy the review link for emails and text messages, or download the QR code for print.
- Test the link on your own phone before you send or print anything.
Tips and common mistakes
Map links are not review links
A Google Maps or short map link opens your listing, not the review form. If a pasted link does not work, use your Place ID and let the tool build the review URL for you.
Make it part of the follow up
The best time to ask for a review is straight after a job. Add the link to your invoice or a thank you message so the ask arrives while the work is fresh. Reviews should always be genuine and voluntary.
